Minimum Order:
A minimum order of $20 is required, excluding any applicable taxes or delivery charges. If the invoice total does not meet this required minimum, a service charge will be applied to the order. This ensures all orders are processed efficiently and fairly.
Delivery Policy:
Items that are in stock will be shipped for delivery within 24 hours of order placement. For standard items not immediately in stock, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the availability of items, and the shipping method selected. Expedited delivery options may be available upon request.
Returns:
All returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. A PROGODIRECT returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for processing all returns. Only items in their original, unopened PROGODIRECT packaging will be accepted. Returns must be shipped prepaid to PROGODIRECT. A restocking charge of 20% of the invoice cost, plus freight costs, will apply. Tools and special-order items cannot be returned. Partial returns are not permitted under any circumstances.
Special Items:
Special items may not be canceled or returned. For these items, we reserve the right to under or over ship quantities by up to 10% of the order total, as necessary.
